Very friendly and professional staff. The facility is clean and well maintained.
I am very happy at this point and I appreciate your interest in helping me have a good experience with my sleep disorder and CPAP. You helped me find a very good supplier, the American Healthcare, and it has been easy to communicate with both of you. After several years of chaos and misleading efforts with another local provider and supplier it is a wonderful relief to find actual professional people to work with. Thank you. I am looking forward to longer term relationship with you for my CPAP and sleep disorder needs.

Great doctor and Sandy Springs staff. The CPAP equipment person at Johns Creek is very nice and knowledgeable. The front desk staff at Johns Creek was polite, but not helpful. I had a follow up appointment at Johns Creek location and was told that my insurance was not part of their network, even though it was. Front desk office told me to reschedule my appointment after I get my insurance worked out. I took personal time off work to come to this appointment and now having to reschedule. Good in person service and knowledge. Could improve on contacting them by phone. You leave a VM and only get 1 follow up call. If you miss it the loop starts again.
