What an amazing salon, the ladies are so sweet. The owner of the salon did the most amazing service I have ever received. Her name was Shawna. She did the best extensions on me. Educated me and had amazing customer service.
New to town I purchased a groupon based on GP reviews knowing you can only review there if you bought one and used it. .. They were right. The salon is clean modern. I didn't wait. I hate that! She was on time and I had a full highlight/ trim. My color is perfect. I will be back.
I was very VERY pleased with this place. It was clean and everyone there was so nice. It reminded me of an upscale New York salon. My hair was AWESOME and I will be returning! I have found my new salon. Rachel is so sweet and is so talented. I definitely recommend this salon!
The salon is beautiful but the stylists are not. Purchased the full highlight Grupon and now I wish I paid full price somewhere else. The stylist rushed doing the high lights. My hair looks like a blonde streak mess. Have to go pay to get it fixed. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.
I had a Groupon to use here and the salon was ok, but stylist, Megan, not so much. It was not a good experience and I finally just wanted to leave regardless of not getting the color of highlights I wanted. I won't be back.
I love this salon! I have going there since they opened and no matter who I see my hair looks great.
I never write reviews for companies but FUSION salon is absolutely stunning. I'm from NY and all the salons their are marvelous. I was on my way to Panera Beard for lunch and peaked in to see that the pricing would be and the customer service was excellent. I booked my appointment with Meagan and she has taken excellent care of me. I've been a customer for about 7months now and until I leave to go back to home FUSION is my salon away from home. Enjoy!!!
I've been to several salons in the Jacksonville market and Fusion is by far the best I've seen. Brandi and her team are great! This is the 1st salon to REALLY listen to what I wanted out of my new color and cut. If you are looking for a classy upscale hair extension salon in the southside area please make an appointment at FUSION. I love my new hair extensions and can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. Thanks Brandi!!!!! I cant wait to see you in a month.
This salon does not feel like I am in Jacksonville YEAH! It has style. I am thrilled to have thick long hair for the first time in my life. My hair extensions look awesome. Thank you Fusion and FNlonglocks!!
