Fusion Jerky is an artisanal jerky fusing the tenderness of Asian-style jerky with innovative and bold flavors. We are the first jerky line to feature all-natural chicken as well as beef, turkey and pork with a total of eight flavors. Made using only US raised animals, Fusion Jerky is gluten free, low fat, low in sodium, high in protein, preservative-free, MSG-free and nitrate-free. Produced in small batches, Fusion Jerky is made in our own state-of-the-art USDA facility in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

Love Fusion Jerky and the wide array of unique flavors! The jerky is so tasty and it's a healthy snack being all natural and gluten free! My favorite is the Chicken Lemon Pepper jerky! They're the only co that makes chicken jerky and they do it so well! I also love the Garlic Jalapeno Pork jerky and the Island Teriyaki Pork jerky, but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors!
