Fusion Jerky is an artisanal jerky fusing the tenderness of Asian-style jerky with innovative and bold flavors. We are the first jerky line to feature all-natural chicken as well as beef, turkey and pork with a total of eight flavors. Made using only US raised animals, Fusion Jerky is gluten free, low fat, low in sodium, high in protein, preservative-free, MSG-free and nitrate-free. Produced in small batches, Fusion Jerky is made in our own state-of-the-art USDA facility in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

Delicious flavors and variety. I especially love the turkey and chicken basil citrus and island teriyaki for the family and me. The jerky is moist, soft, flavorful and not salty. The kids love it and it's a great work week snack for me. Nicely done compared to the old, boring existing brands with traditional flavors that are dry and stringy.
