Horrible customer service. I've submitted maintenance requests on my rental and they have taken more than their fair share of time to fix. One of the issues has yet to still be resolved. The most recent request was the worst in which I couldn't even get a call back until hours later in which I was just told that it was not a justifiable reason to send someone out. Lady called and was rude and pushy. Im sure most of the team are nice but the lady who called me wasn't. Obviously didn't really want anyone in the home and if she did she had a funny way of showing it!! No way and No thanks!
