OMG My new favorite place!!! Amazing restaurant/experience! We had the mussels and the Korean BBQ sliders and some cocktails to start. I've been dreaming of the Korean sliders ever since. The cocktail I tried was the garden gimlet. Chili pepper vodka, basil lime and sugar. I had to force myself to stop at 2, because they were delicious. Fuse is by far one of Naples best establishments. The dishes are phenomenal, the staff is outstanding, the atmosphere is eloquently designed, and the owners are not only involved in every aspect of Fuse, but they are also amazing people. Visiting Fuse is an experience that will forever be etched in your memory!
