I lived in NYC for twenty years. Fuse stands up for any restaurant I have eaten at there!
The friendly and knowledgable front of the house staff and laid-back elegant vibe was surpassed only by the amazing food. We enjoyed a four-course meal, complete with several bottles of wine, that left nothing to want for. The grilled Caesar was a standout among a menu of delicious food.

Don't let the strip mall location fool you. This is some of the best cuisine anywhere! I believe the chef may be an actual genius. And the service is friendly and attentive. Great restaurant! A must!

Superb meals! I have tried the tuna, chicken and scallops. All are extremely flavorful. This is a must return restaurant in Naples!
We had an amazing meal at Fuse tonight! From the Pineapple Mojito cocktail to the Fried Artichoke appetizer, our meal was phenomenal. I had the Cobia fish special over assorted mushrooms as my entree. It was out of this world. My husband ordered the scallops prepared with pork belly which were equally as impressive. The service was on par with the food as well -- outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. In fact, we are already planning our next Fuse dinner!
