we loved it!! There were 6 of us and every dish was delicious. It is food with a different flair and twist. The flavors burst in your mouth. The service is also excellent. Please join me in nominating Fuse as the best restaurant in town on Naples Illustrated. Don't forget to name Greg Scarliatos as the best Chef and maybe add your own comment as the Best Specialty Drinks in Town!!!
LOVE this place! I've been here twice, since they opened in November '13, and still can't pick a favorite item, not until I try them all! I DO love the bacon wrapped dates! We're planning our next dine, and now we need reservations, they are so busy!
fantastic meal and excellent service. If I was in town longer I would definitely go back again.
It was some of the best food that I’ve had. The Bacon-Wrapped Dates appetizers were delicious, as was the Pan-seared Foie Gras, Duck Torchon. The Pan-Seared Seasonal Fish made me feel like I was eating so healthy, while being exceptionally tasty, that we shared a piece of Avocado Cheesecake. It too was excellent. Who would have guessed that combination would be so good!!! The staff was friendly and efficient. Too bad it was cool and raining because their sidewalk seating looked so inviting and very European.
