We booked a tour for Monday and ended up being the only participants. We had a great time with Erich and made the entire trip around Key West! Highly recommend!!!
Extremely disappointed! I booked the glass-bottom boat sunset tour for 5 PM as part of my birthday celebration, only to have my reservation canceled on the very same day. Their explanation was that it was too windy, even though the ocean has never been as calm as it is today between 5 and 6 PM during the entire five days we’ve been here! At 1:30 PM, they offered to move us to a 2 PM tour. How exactly were we supposed to rearrange our plans and get there in just 30 minutes?!
