RecommendedI cannot rave enough about Furst's flowers!! They exceeded our high expectations! Our wedding felt like a fairytale-\-\ we had flower arches, a flower wall, flowers on our cake, flowers hanging from the ceiling, and flowers were even in the bathrooms! It was AMAZING. I've never seen that many flowers, and I will never forget that smell! It was a pleasure working with Jeanna Furst! I recently spoke to Shirley to change my order, and wow!! Such a sweetheart, it sure was great to receive great customer service. I can’t wait to see the items I ordered.
Super impressed with this company!! I placed the order at like 10:00 PM last night and the flowers were delivered today around noon. They even sang my mom happy birthday when giving them to her!!! Just amazing!!!! Above and beyond customer service!!! Will definitely use them again and again!!!

Posted a “would not recommend” message on this page yesterday only to see that it was taken off, followed by two positives in less than 16 hours after not having a post in 3 weeks. Furst delivered a dead Sunflower arrangement to my mother on her birthday and the manager blamed the driver. My mother lives 1.5 miles from the Troy st. Location. Poor accountability by management.
Great florist. I had flowers ordered and delivered to hospice of Dayton for a friend. The friend passed away so they couldn’t deliver the flower. They were nice enough to not charge me. So three days later I ordered flowers for the funeral with slightly less then 24 hour notice. They made the flowers and had them delivered in plenty of time for the funeral. Each time I talked to them they were nice. And the flowers looked great.

I am in Northwest Indiana and I needed to find a florist in Dayton to send flowers to my sister for her birthday. After doing the google map and businesses (florists) near my sister's address, I called Furst. I talked to a very nice young lady, she took my order, I told her the occassion, my price range, and type of flowers and asked if they could include some purple flowers as that is my sister's favorite color. Seriously the most kind and generous florist around. They have such a wide variety of flowers and plenty of other gifts if flowers are not what you are looking for. I will use Furst for ABSOLUTELY any occasion I have. You will not find better quality or customer service anywhere else.
