What a major let down, my fiance ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Furst Florist attempted delivery at 3:10 and left a note rather than just leaving the flowers. I called at 3:50 they said they would be right back out. Called again at 5 and was assured all flowers would be delivered not to worry, by 6 they had stopped answering their phones.... its now 9:45 pm and still no flowers ...what a HUGE disappointment not to mention a total waste of my fiances money!!! I cannot even describe how stunning my wedding flowers were! The bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages were perfect. I went into the meeting with a few favorite flowers that I wanted to include and an extremely vague concept of what I wanted. They recommended the perfect combination of colors and flowers. I have dozens of pictures of the flowers because they couldn't stop photographing them. Thank you Furst!

Wonderful customer service! I called to have a gift sent to a child who was staying at Dayton Children's Hospital. They were extremely kind and helpful getting my order placed over the phone and within 90 minutes his mom sent me a picture of him holding it! I was very impressed with my entire experience!
