Shout out to Furst. I am fourth generation Funeral director and manager of Baker Hazel Snider Funeral Home, and we are putting on a public event for the death of our first lady Barbara Bush. I reached out to Furst to see if they would like to participate in our event and donate flowers and they have already delivered them and they are absolutely stunning. Will never use them again. So negligent and they don't listen to their customer's requests.
What a major let down, my fiance ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Furst Florist attempted delivery at 3:10 and left a note rather than just leaving the flowers. I called at 3:50 they said they would be right back out. Called again at 5 and was assured all flowers would be delivered not to worry, by 6 they had stopped answering their phones.... its now 9:45 pm and still no flowers ...what a HUGE disappointment not to mention a total waste of my fiances money!!!
