I was so pleased after my pup’s visit today with Julianna! She came in with a lot of mats and knots in her hair, and Julianna was honest with me and said she might need to be shaved but she will do her best to de-mat her. Ok, whatever needs to be done for her to not have the knots anymore. I return, Lilly is not shaved, she still has all her hair! Except without knots. � And she was happy as can be. I will never go anywhere else!
I can’t say enough good things about this place! Jess has been grooming our Lola since she was a baby! Lola is extremely nervous and doesn’t go near anyone but family, if that. Lola gives Jess kisses and let’s her pick her up which is amazing for me because I know she’s in safe hands when I bring her in for her monthly apt. My husband and I are so happy with our relationship with this place and with Jess in particular. My normally social Lhasa/Maltese mix came home from here a whole different dog. Most dogs are a little distant and shy after a cut but my dog seems traumatized and scared. He is confined to the couch, needs to be carried everywhere, is not playful per usual and has no appetite. We have been customers for several years but this is just a dealbreaker. I would hate to think someone there mistreated my dog but he is undeniably different.
Highly recommended! Friendliest staff, great customer service, awesome groomers! Our medium goldendoddle Reese loves it here and she looks so cute every time!
Professional, clean, and efficient. My Goldendoodle loves going to Furrever Friends! The staff knows exactly how to handle him and he comes home looking and smelling great! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I will be a loyal customer for a long time.
