Jess is so terrific and empathetic with animals, and she does a fantastic job too! She cares about her clients and their people, and she's always polite and smiling. She gets to know the animals she works with, and treats them like her own.
Super friendly, warm and positive energy from the staff. Showed me how to prevent matted hair and techniques and tools to use to groom my pet. 1000% worth the money would recommend to anyone.
We’ve been bringing our long hair cats (2) here for years. They never disappoint, always friendly staff and our cats seem content as well.
I own a dog daycare in Liverpool, Cory’s Canine Cove, and tons of my customers bring their dogs here for grooming! They have nothing but good things to say and their dogs always come to daycare looking fantastic and clean from their grooms 😄 10/10 would recommend!!
Anita did a great job on our goldendoodle, Otto!! Although otto has a very curly coat, she takes her time and never disappoints! 😊
Sammi DiBiase did such a great job with Our dog Joey. She treated him like family. This place is so good with the care of the animals. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love furrrever friends & all the groomers that work here. They always make us feel welcome & are extremely professional. We are moving to Solvay from Liverpool soon & we will still make the drive to Furrrever Friends. My 80 pound chocolate lab mix, April loves everyone here when we come to have her nails clipped & we both always have a great experience. I can't say enough great things about this wonderful business and those who work here. They love all the animals & are good at what they do.
