I've had nothing but customer service issues with this company. 1. Purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture in early October. Also purchased the extended warranty. Jolene, salesperson, was lovely. 2. Website down for weeks and was unable to check my account online. 3. Not informed furniture had arrived, despite being told system would automatically alert me. Well, I had high hopes for what seemed like a pretty straight-forward furniture purchase. But here I am, over seven months after the order was placed and still don't have the correct product. The sales rep, while very nice, placed the incorrect order with the manufacturer initially despite re-confirming with me a month after the order was placed. She was notified about the issue over two months ago and still the correct product has not been shipped despite a promise of five to six weeks. And of course now she's unresponsive.... read more
