A very disappointing experience: Stay away from them! We bought a dining room from them in what could have been one of our worst decisions. When we visited the showroom and outlet, all agents were kind and showed us all options. This "kind spirit" you observe only works before you pay them thousands for furniture; when they have to honor their value promise, you will be ignored, including hanging up the phone on you. We apologize there were issues with the set when delivered. The set was purchased on clearance so replacements were not possible. We were hopeful our design consultant could assist with finding another set that was suitable but we have agreed to return the set for a full refund as requested. A fulkl refund will be issued once we have the set back in our possession.
I will never shop at this business again. Had to use a designer to order a couch. I knew what I wanted however the allocated designer would not accept any of my wishes, constantly telling me the design principal would not work. After hours of badgering I gave in. We ordered our bedroom set in January 2022 with an estimated lead time of 23-25 weeks. We are now 10 months out and we still have not received our bed. I have reached out to our salesperson multiple times and keep getting the run around. I was finally told that the bed had arrived at FLS but that my delivery date was between Oct. 31- Nov. 29th. Beyond frustrated! We ordered an entire master bedroom set, and an additional piece for our guest bedroom - along with a mattress and adjustable frame - well over $10,000 spent (with 1/3 paid in deposit, and the remainder paid BEFORE the furniture was delivered. This has been, beyond a doubt, one of the worst buying experiences of our lives. It is so frustrating as I think they mean well, but there were issues during every step of the buying experience. From working with salesperson on the showroom floor, to billing, to expectations on when furniture would arrive, to multiple issues when the furniture did arrive, it was never smooth process. Terrible customer service. They sold me a product from their discounted section which was lass than perfect but not broken. When delivered the delivery guy in good intentions tried to adjust the piece and fix the it but inadvertently made it worse by standing it on its side. I now had a broken piece of furniture. We apologize that there were any issues with the piece when delivered and for any lack of communication on our part. We issued a technician in an attempt to correct the issues present and when they were unable to satisfactorily repair the item, we offered a store credit or discount of $200. This refund was issued on 12-29-2021 to the card used to make the purchase.
So as I read the rest of the reviews it all sounds the same. I also ordered many months ago. But that isn’t my issue. I knew the industry is backed up and I didn’t care. We have been waiting for a chaise, couch and loveseat over 8 months. Purchased August 20 with 50% deposit and today is April 21.
