I had a great experience with Furniture Spot & Mattress Outlet. Before buying my bed frame, I had seen a couple reviews mentioning beds being shaky, so I actually asked about that when I was in the store. After I got the bed, I realized the issue was just that I hadn’t assembled it properly myself. I recently purchased a mattress from this store and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The mattress started sinking almost immediately after a short time of use. It does not provide the proper support that was promised, and it feels much softer than expected. I contacted customer service about the issue, but the response was slow and not very helpful. Highly recommend. Bought a Sectional couch at Furniture Spot in Halifax, I am very happy with the selection. They offered warranty 5 years and I got it. They had it in stock and I was able to pick up fast. Staff if very friendly، I made a mistake trying to assemble the sectional and contacted them, they guided me. Thank you
