We bought our daughter a bedroom set for Christmas. It was delivered today. We opted to set it up ourselves, so it wasn't uncrated before the delivery team left. We found that one side of the footboard was damaged. I emailed a picture to the store, and asked if it could be replaced. A couple of hours later, they called and said a staff member was bringing the replacement to us on his way home!! Awesome service, from sales to delivery. Their prices are reasonable too! Thank you, Furniture Queen!

The staff is very helpful and courteous... My salesperson Ms.Karlene is awesome, patient and listen to your needs ... thanks Ms. Karlene... The furniture is quality and reasonably priced ... I’m enjoying my new bed � and mattress.
Furniture Queen was by far the most hassle free furniture store I've ever been to. There were no pushy sales staff following me around asking question after question and lurking around every corner I turned. There was absolutely no pressure and I was able to browse the store for as long as I wanted until I found the table I wanted. There are supper friendly staff, they have great selections of furniture and there prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.
