We had a great experience with Jennifer at Furniture Queen! We shopped all over for a couch; we had a tight budget. Jennifer answered all of our questions about the 2 couches we were interested in. We really loved one of the 2 couches, but we believe in going home to think and discuss big purchases before we buy. We told Jennifer we were going to go home and talk about it. Furniture King has great prices and great quality furniture, but they are ridiculous with there delivery fee. I stay less than 10 miles from Furniture King, I had to pay 80 dollars for delivery, extra 40 dollars because I live on the 3rd floor, and another 50 dollars for them to assemble. I purchased one table and I paid almost as much for delivery as i did for the actual item. Great place to shop if you have your own truck.
My furniture was delivered first thing that morning (on my specified delivery date). All items were delivered correctly. I was not home at the time of delivery but my parents advised that the gentlemen that delivered the furniture were very nice and made conversation.
