RecommendedThis is by far the less hassle free furniture store I have found. I had a horrible experience before and I went and bought a dining room, living room, 2 twin bedroom sets and a few other things. Everything was ready for pick up even before the schedule pick up time Their prices are amazing. Their customer service is great. I can't recommend this store enough 😊 I already went back to make another purchase.
Very cheap made tables, wood is chipping off everywhere and haven’t even had it a year. �
Terrible terrible experience!!! I saw a dining room set in the store and put in an order. Waited a week for it to be delivered. When the delivery guys came, they set up a chair and I told them that it was the wrong color. They called the store and manager kept on saying it was correct item even though the item codes on the boxes did not match my invoice. I had a wonderful experience here with Jennifer. She was very patient, answered all my questions quickly, walked around the whole store and helped me find what would be best for me. She also did not make me feel like a fool when my card got declined because my bank had decided I spent too much money � lol. Anyways, thank you Jennifer!
Furniture Queen is amazing. We love the fast service of the sale rep and the delivery was same day even with a tight schedule. I love the theater seats and desk.We are very pleased with our purchased.
