Purchased a sectional this past Friday and was told it was in stock and would be delivered Monday. When the driver arrived at 9:15 pm he informed me that half of the couch was in back order. When I called customer service this morning they told me this was a mistake and it would be another week before they could deliver my furniture. I find this completely unacceptable and do not like getting the run around.
Came to buy a rug, found the one I wanted but it had no price. Two employees tried to locate a price with no luck. One took a picture and said he would text it to the other stores to attempt to locate a price. After 2.5 hours looking at rugs and waiting for a price I finally left my name and 2 numbers to reach me to get ahold of me on a price. That was July 18. Today, I came into the store, no rug! I purchased a kitchen set only to find out they didn't had any in stock when I went around the back to pick it up....I was SAD...then came back the next day only to find out they still don't have it...then I had to drive across town to their warehouse to pick one up...to mad....RUNTELLTHAT
We have been waiting forever just to pick up a rug. They have the worst customer service. This was after my daughter told them she wanted an 8 x 10 rug and they sold her a 5 x 7. She then had to wait again to get the right one.
All I have to say is that I thought I was buying first class but ended up with poor workmanship To my Lounge chair and couch
