I came in and specifically asked for a mattress, box spring and bed frame. I was only given and mattress and box spring. I noticed as they were gathering my items to be loaded, the frame was missing. Ralph swore up and down it rung it up. But didn’t. Would’ve been a huge inconvenience to me if I didn’t catch it.
