DO NOT buy from this place. They DO NOT stand behind what they sell. They sell you a warranty then DO NOT replace broken or messed up items, they just want to band aid them so you stop calling. I was treated rudely by customer service, including higher ups, and their repairman was incredibly rude to me in my own home. I was sold a couch that isn’t holding up and all I am asking for is a different one....apparently that’s too much to ask of this crap company. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!
Was not put together all the way so they had to add wood screws, then loaded it incorrectly and then lost all my paperwork with credit card receipt.

I didn't go in to buy, just yet.. unless I found the bed I wanted. Ididn't see quite what I was looking for so I thought I'd sit down for about 10 minutes in a recliner to think. Within a few minutes a very nice salesperson named Mary stopped to talk to me. There was no pressure. she asked a few questions up front, and when I told her I didn't see what I was looking for, we talked about other furniture, my past experiences, etc. She's the kind of salesperson who should be a realtor. Went with my son today, to get an entertainment center. Just something small. Found one he liked. It took time before anyone came to help us. The sales lady laughed when I told her to ask my son what he wanted. So, found the one he wanted, got someone to write the ticket. Went up front the cashier could of cared less if we were there. Sorry dude you had to quit playing a game on your phone. Then came the pick up. We saw the box knew it would fit in his car. So, they brought it out. I've tried every phone number I have found for Weekends Only in every one of them goes to a customer care center that is closed. That's a lousy way to do business.
Great bed price and comfortable too. I would go back again.
