Terrible customer service. Ordered sofa set in June 2020, kept stringing us along saying it would arrive soon. Kept asking to buy floor model - no. Three months later, finally said we could have floor model for a whopping 5% discount. Couple that operates business is rude and patronizing. Can’t imagine dealing with them on a warranty issue. Stay away.
Jacob is the man very helpful and great customer service
The owner is rude .The service isn’t professional.I order a adjustable bed with mattress.They said it will take 2 weeks Turned into 2months .They didn’t call me i had to call them regularly to check on status of bed .After given me a date i waited 3days no bed.After calling to check once again the worker name Lou continues to hang up the phone .I never experience service like this ..Worst service every .I went back and got my money .
