I'm very disappointed with Furniture Depot. My grandparents bought a lift chair, which cost almost $2000 and the Motor on it quit working. My grandmother calls them and a couple of guys came to check it out. They stated they were going to order a new motor. She ask them how long would it take to get it. He said about 2 weeks. Title: Exceptional Help in getting our perfect Sofa. My wife and I decided that we would buy a new sofa this year. I am very tall and heavier, she is average height. We had some specific ideas on desired seat height, seat depth, foam firmness, and build quality. We live in Redding, so we started our shopping in Redding. Drove from Redding to shop for a recliner. When I asked for a specific brand of chair, the sales person wanted to argue about the brand name, even though I had a picture and brand information on my phone. This person then rudely informed me that he was leaving in two minutes and he needed to close the store. At this point, even if this store had the perfect chair and was giving it away, I would not purchase any from this store!
