An old, malfunctioning smoke alarm kept guests awake all night, but Furnished Quarters refused to repair it until late the following day, charged full price for the room and refused to issue a refund. Furnished Quarters charges a substantial cleaning fee, but you will still find thick layers of dust in the rooms and dried food stuck to the kitchen utensils. Unless you contact them in advance to make a special request for your room to actually be cleaned.
