Furnace Great customer service and experience; knowledgeable PR staff , very understanding and accommodating of customer's needs and willing to help. The tech guys Jean and Ron who came to install the furnace were very professional, they did a great job and were patient to explain and answer all my concerns and questions.

Installed and relocated AC unit The technicians who came out were friendly and accommodating; offering recommendations that made sense. This was to not only replace out AC with a brand new Carrier unit, but also to relocate it as we were not happy with its current location (was in a place that blocked foot traffic).

Ductless AC and Hyper Heat Pump I contacted Furnace AC Experts to install a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Pump in my garage. I have a dog kennel in the garage for my two dogs. They dogs stay there when we are not home for a few hours. So far the heat pump has been working very well at keeping the garage temperature very comfortable for the dogs (and me too). Regret geting involved with this company What a mistake was to get involved with them. Terrible instalation with many mistakes made. Equipment was leaking water. Finally they sent a different technician that solved some of the problems. Two years later I have a knocking sound coming out that they have not been able to fix. I have called them several times and the people that come are useless. Go with a different company.

Furnace experts = FAIL Horrible experience with Furnace Experts regarding the installation of my two (2) Mitsubishi ZUBA Systems. Damaged my air exchange unit when de-installing old furnaces and promised to fix it, made numerous excuses for not being able to repair or replace it.
