I have known Bill Furia for over 40 years! He was my landlord for 24 years he was very good 2 me and my daughter he was always there when I needed him he was a great landlord and he was very good with my rent especially because I was a single parent he kept my rent affordable. I was very happy with him and the only reason I moved was because the building was sold and the new people were going to renovate and Jack up my rent.
