We love taking our kitten here! Dr. Hook and all of the assistants there are always so nice and informative. Mose especially loves hanging out on the cat tree and the snacks! Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here!
I take my deaf pit bull her. They are amazing with her.
I took my cat Lucy in yesterday to be spayed. Lucy is our baby but unfortunately she isn’t a fan of most other people outside of our family. We are always nervous to take her to the vet in fear that she won’t be treated compassionatly because of her temperament. Furever Family was wonderful throughout the entire process. They were very kind to both Lucy and myself. They explained the process and what to expect when I dropped Lucy off in the morning and even sent me a text and picture of Lucy while she was in recovery to let ... read more
I brought in my 4 month old labradoodle and they were absolutely amazing with him. Everyone was so friendly and caring. I loved how they interacted with my puppy! They knew he is in training so they were patient and used the commands that I suggested. My puppy Mack had an absolutely wonder time (which is great because I do not want him to be fearful at the vet)! The office even followed up after my visit to see if Mack had improved and felt well. I’m really looking forward to bringing him back for his next visit, and I will ... read more
The staff was extremely kind, patient, caring and attentive. They were great about explaining what the were doing and why and involved me in the entire care process.
Very friendly staff and polite to Dora. I love the fact that they get you right in the room and even take care of the bill in the room.
we found our new animal doctor. everyone we met today was wonderful and cared. thank you. and thank Angie Burns for telling us about this place.
Dr. Hook and every member of the staff went out of their way to make me and my shy 10 week old Mastiff, Mabel, feel comfortable and welcome. Everything was explained very well, Dr. Hook took lots of time with Mabel and made sure she wasn’t afraid. It was a very positive experience and I know I have found Mabel’s caregivers. 10/10 would recommend!
Our sweet girl Penny is very nervous. These wonderful group of animal lovers have been nothing but helpful and amazing with our girl. After 2 visits, she’s still nervous but I can tell she’s warming up. They explain everything they are going to do and always follow up. We always feel very cared for and know our Penny girl is in great hands. I am so happy and feel very lucky to have them as our Vet. I recommend this place to anyone! — at Furever Family Veterinary Care Center.
