I have a dog that belongs to my son who took her there and got her annual check up and shots. His dog is scheduled to be spayed this morning and needs her vaccine records and for the past month they kept telling him they would email them to him and here we are day of surgery and STILL NO RECORDS HAVE BEEN SET! How long can it possibly take to email records? So now she has to have a unneeded rabies shot before she can have surgery. I'm sure this clinic gives excellent care to your furbabies but as for working with the parents... read more

RecommendedRecently my 14 year old Shitzu was nearing the end of his life and suffering and I had to make the painful heartbreaking decision to put him to sleep or allow his remaining days to be ones of suffering. The staff at furever family advised me as to his suffering and also gave my little sweetie the dignity to pass when I agreed to move forward. They made a horrible experience bearable and gave me confidence that I was doing what was best for my little boy. I miss him , but appreciate all they had done.

I cannot find the right words for the way I feel about the staff and Dr. Rider... but I'll try to find some. On May 7th, our somewhat perfect world came to a screeching halt. Our furbaby Rey just wasn't acting like her normal 2yr self. On the 8th, we took her to a vet that had told us they did an exam and gave us Vetprofen to help with they pain she was in. We ended back in there on the 10th.. with her not eating, not drinking, and still shaking. They did an x-ray and told us she tore her CCL, no surgery is needed at this ti... read more
