Great people who loves and take care of animals well awesome clean facility too
We loved our previous vet, but recently moved and have been looking for a new vet for our (very spoiled) cats. We took our senior cat in for a check-up this morning and were pleased with the clinic. It is clean, quiet and offers amenities for cats such as heating pads and cat trees. It definitely is a much less stressful environment for cats. The staff was courteous and the doctor was professional and personable.
Our first visit was putting my golden of 12 years down. The staff here made the visit as comfortable as possible. I thank them a million times over for making the visit the best it could be for the situation. That was just the begainning of our relationship. Now they are part of our caregiving to our 1 year old Lab/Pyrenees and our four month old mastiff/Great Dane . The two enjoy every visit and sometimes we just stop in for treats and xtra petting.
We had the best experience at Furever family. All of the techs and Dr.Hook are absolutely amazing. It’s was Sully’s first visit and by the end he was looking for “his girls” with the treats! When we initially looked at their page and seen “fear free clinic” we weren’t exactly sure what that meant. By the end of the visit it’s very obvious. They make it a very enjoyable experience and make you feel right at home. We look forward to working with Furever Family for all our future pet care!
Exceptional staff. We interacted with the receptionist, the tech and Dr Hook. Each one was friendly, informative and seemed to genuinely like my two dogs. My dogs eventually relaxed so much that they both laid down!

We had a very good experience given that we were there for the worst reason possible. The staff at Furever Family were extremely patient and genuinely kind to us and our dog. The facility is inviting and clean. I would recommend this center to anyone who is looking for pet care from people who actually do care. They certainly made the best out of the worst situation. Thank you to everyone at Furever Family for your sincerity and exceptional service.
