RecommendedGood rooms, breakfast was amazing, lovely pool and bar. It was my husband's birthday today and they left a slice of cake with a candle in... unfortunately It was uncovered and we didn't know how long it had been out, but a nice touch any way

I have tried to email Silom Bangkok so many times and never receive a response, it is so unprofessional. I stay and have worked in branded hotels all over the world and feel very disappointed by the lack of communication.
I just got back from Bangkok and stayed at FURAMA SILOM hotel from 09 (Sun) to 13 (Thu) Sep. I need to share with everyone that the first night i got bitten by bedbugs - hundreds of bite!!! I thought nothing of it but the scratches and itchiness got the better of me and the dr back in KL just confirmed it was from bedbugs. My top body at least the parts exposed as i wore singlet was bitten badly!!!! I am badly traumatised by the horrible experience & would NOT recommend anyone to stay at your hotel.
