Room was comfortable but I expected more for the price I paid for. My reservation was for two people but only one welcome drink was given to us. There was no fresh juice served at the poolside bar. Food at the breakfast buffet were old. French toast was stiff and hard as a rock. Porridge was old cooked rice boiled in hot water then served. Hot station was nice. Will probably not stay here again. A 4 star because of friendly staff.

I was very dissatisfied with the hotel counter at this time.The room I booked had a bathtub.When they gave my room no bathtub, I was very angry.
I was very satisfied with the hotel room service, when I returned to the room and found that room not yet cleaned.Then I went out and took a towel from housekeeping and she gave me!
Centrally located on Silom Road. Spacious well maintained rooms with a view. Make sure you take the Executive Club room/package (inc All day soft drink/Coffee and 6-8pm Selected Alcoholic beverages).
