The best, friendliest, and most professional fitness studio you could wish for! Their philosophy of 1% better every day isn’t just for us clients; they’re constantly working to improve what they offer us, whether it’s the new workouts every month, special challenges, online programs, or anything else. I love FF and the people I’ve met there.
If you want to just pay a monthly fee from your checking account to a gym and never show up - this is NOT the place for you! IF, However, you want a gym with a tight community that will encourage your progress, educate you with EVERY class and help hold you accountable, this IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Traveling to do some work and I had the GREAT opportunity to spend some time at Funktional Fitness just visiting and chatting. This past trip I finally had the time to work out three times. I know right? Great place to burn some calories and talk health. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel like you are at your gym back home. Let’s be honest here! You could totally buy most of this gear and do this at home for maybe $500 investment, but we never use it at home! FF has a fantastic set-up, great coaches, fun members, great post workout smoothies, and an energy that brings you back. Every time you walk in some staff, or just another member, will give you a smile and a fist bump to welcome you back and get you started off right.
