We tried the initial assessment and it was not worth the money. It's very expensive for what you get out of the session. They basically identify issues with posture which is useful but it's way overpriced. They also give some techniques for this and those techniques were really basic and nothing specific to my posture or physique. Overall it's not worth the money
I've been training with Luis Ponce Jr. at Functional Patterns South Bay for over three years. Luis is an incredible trainer. He is proficient at posture and gait analysis, and has a firm grasp of the Functional Patterns training method. I have been able to watch and feel my gait cycle, posture, and dynamic movements improve greatly, and feel amazing. I had the opportunity to train with Luis Jr. during my 3 year stint at Functional Patterns Southbay and the training was well worth it. During grad school, I was a personal trainer who worked at places like the YMCA, Equinox, and trained at corporate spaces like LinkedIn.
