We’ve been training at Functional Patterns South Bay for about 10 months, and it’s been such a positive and transformative experience for both me and my 12-year-old son. We tried the initial assessment and it was not worth the money. It's very expensive for what you get out of the session. They basically identify issues with posture which is useful but it's way overpriced. They also give some techniques for this and those techniques were really basic and nothing specific to my posture or physique. Overall it's not worth the money

Luis does a great job of pushing me past my comfort zone, as well as meeting me where I'm at. He also provides helpful study material for me to work on outside of sessions. The ... read more
