very clean gym. Dave is a friendly man that makes you feel welcomed in a new sometimes awkward begining. there is no shaming, only encouragement.

Love the fact that they are there to help you and show you how to do workouts right and properly. I also like how clean and neat the gym is.

The atmosphere at Functional Fitness is very welcoming. You can always hear Dave greet people as they come through the door. Dave truly cares about people and will help guide you with a workout plan. There are many machines to workout on, a weight room and his classes. A great place to "Get Fit"!!!

I must say it’s a great environment to get healthy. Dave greets you by name when he sees you. He will help with your goals to succeed. I didn’t take him up on the 7 day trial. I just jumped right in.

Dave is always willing to answer questions and give advice. He spends time showing you how to use every single piece of equipment. For any woman looking for a gym where you feel safe morning, noon or night, this is the place. I’ve never seen anyone who didn’t greet me with a smile. The decision to join Functional Fitness was the best thing I could do for myself.
