Functional Fitness provides the motivation I need to give 100% every time I go to class. If you are looking for a intense total body workout in a fun environment this is the place to go. Dave provides the equipment, knowledge, & motivation all you have to do is put the effort in and you get all the results. You get what you put in and everyone there is supportive of each other. Thanks Dave for your commitment to get us where we want to be!
I love it! My workouts at Functional Fitness are something I look forward to three times a week. Dave Holder is a great trainer and he encourages us on to greater fitness. Making new friends to workout with has made it fun as well.
