I had signed up for a year of exterior rodent control. They came 1 time to set up the bait staations. The contract I agreed to was to come check them the first wednesday of every month. Needless to say they charged me for the first month but never showed up. The next month they wanted to change the service day but I had already arranged through my workplace to have the time off needed for their visits and it is difficult to alter schedules.
