Rockford property always puts on events for the residents every so often which is nice. I’m in a 2 br unit, walking distance to downtown, and my rent is very reasonable for everything that I get to enjoy. Great place to live, although the windows don't open. Walking distance from downtown making this extremely convenient for a night on the town.
Fulton Place is a great place to live with a prime location! We have lived here for about 3 months now and really enjoy the quiet community within easy walking distance to the great restaurants and breweries in downtown GR!
Not worth the money. Our stair railing is not screwed in since day one and I have told them at least three times. It's like they drilled the holes into the wall for the screws but forgot the screws. Also we had an ant issue the first month of living in the town homes because the trim wasn't flush to the floor. As well as my bike was stolen off the bike rack, and yes it did have a chain. The best part about this place is the location and that it's pet friendly. Perfect for GVSU students and walking distance to pretty much everything downtown. However, the price is incredibly high for students and offers no amenities (no gym, no community space, etc.). Parking is $75 a month, and there is no place for visitors to park without paying. Also, for a brand new space, we have had numerous maintenance issues in our apartment because the building was cheaply made.The windows don't open, so it is impossible to get any... read more
