Worst bank me and my husband has ever dealt with! Got a car loan with this bank, and when I try to make a payment the representative tells me I can't because someone enter my birthday wrong. So is there any other way to identify me, she tells me no. This is Unreal! So I can't pay my car note because this bank has no other method to identify me. Other banks have other methods. Messed up my mortgage payments with their new autodraft system and after 3 months of back and forth I continue to have issues and was double charged an entire month of mortgage without return. Despite sending many messages and phonecalls and annotated documents to help figure this out, this bank continues to leave my messages unresponded to. Basically stealing money from me at this point. 0/5 stars for their lack of competence. The representatives at least have always been lovely humans.
My experience is the same horrible experience as everyone else. Fulton has the worst customer service, seems intentionally set up to prevent customers from talking to a real person. Even when you get through to a real person, they dump you back in their system. They do not return phone calls, to the local branch or the 800 number. They tell me it takes up to 30 days to reply to my complaint about fees, meanwhile they keep assessing the fees. AVOID THIS BANK!!!
Returned here as instructed by the teller about a Fulton Bank credit card. Upon entering I said HELLO to the 3 female tellers NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM EVEN ONE. LAST TIME I BRING THEM ANYTHING !

They keep taking money out of my account . I even have a letter from them acknowledging this. I'm not happy. I have been a member fir for almost 50 years! I should be treated better than this!!

I am a long time customer with Fulton Financial Corp. I have checking, savings, mortgage as well as investments with Fulton. I am looking to purchase a new house and tried contacting Fulton to arrange for a mortgage. Nobody at Fulton has ever called me back. I wanted to keep everything with Fulton, but since they won't call me back I have no choice but to go with another company. Very poor customer service.

To say Fulton Bank has THE WORSE customer service ever would be giving them too much credit. Hold times at the main number are 45-90 minutes to be put into a queue only to be disconnect. In order to get a payoff on my loan I had to call a local branch and BEG for them to initiate the process with home office because she "couldn't" give me the payoff figure it had to come from the home office. Do Not Bank Here!!! When Lafayette Ambassador switched to Fulton I should have looked elsewhere then. I have had nothing but and issue with them and customer service provides false information. Three times within 1 1/2 yrs my account was hacked. The first time they cancelled my card as they saw a $50 charge that was flagged as it wasn’t where I shop and they didn’t notify me.
