I have been trying to reestablish the audodraft for my mortgage since the summer. Multiple phone calls with long wait times, a trip to the branch, more phone calls, and it's still not working. I was double charged in September for my mortgage, apparently a related issue, and it took more phone calls for them to sloooooly send me a refund check. The reps are polite on the phone but useless. How is that I walked in with my son an hour before closing, not 5 min but a whole hour, to take my name off of his bank account since he is finally 18 and they told me that they couldn’t help us because they were closing soon. No, you close in an hour not in the next five. Their customer service is horrible. The teller tells us that we can just come back another day even after we explained that my son loves is Harrisburg and I live in Lebanon and our work hours are crazy. No stars...but to leave this review, I had to give it a star...however my rating is negative 5 stars!! They were hacked....which cause for my elderly mother to get scammed. Fulton bank did not question why she was closing her bank account that she's had for 15+ years, and even after she told the teller she was being scammed....they did nothing. I have been with this bank for at least ten years. Their overall system allows them to be shady. They are the worst at customer service and make it nearly impossible to talk to anyone when something is wrong with your account. I have spent three hours on hold just trying to get through to report sus activity on my debit card. Not only that it is impossible to contact anyone for customer service on weekends or evenings. We have a construction loan with the bank to build our home. We have had a terrible experience with the bank, Buzz E**** and Judy G******* in Richmond, VA. They have refused to send us monthly statements but we are required to make interest only payments. I have to guess how much to pay each month. They refuse to send me a statement showing how my payments are being applied to interest and principle. We moved into our home almost 2 months ago and still can't get any information.

Worst bank me and my husband has ever dealt with! Got a car loan with this bank, and when I try to make a payment the representative tells me I can't because someone enter my birthday wrong. So is there any other way to identify me, she tells me no. This is Unreal! So I can't pay my car note because this bank has no other method to identify me. Other banks have other methods. Messed up my mortgage payments with their new autodraft system and after 3 months of back and forth I continue to have issues and was double charged an entire month of mortgage without return. Despite sending many messages and phonecalls and annotated documents to help figure this out, this bank continues to leave my messages unresponded to. Basically stealing money from me at this point. 0/5 stars for their lack of competence. The representatives at least have always been lovely humans.

My experience is the same horrible experience as everyone else. Fulton has the worst customer service, seems intentionally set up to prevent customers from talking to a real person. Even when you get through to a real person, they dump you back in their system. They do not return phone calls, to the local branch or the 800 number. They tell me it takes up to 30 days to reply to my complaint about fees, meanwhile they keep assessing the fees. AVOID THIS BANK!!!

Returned here as instructed by the teller about a Fulton Bank credit card. Upon entering I said HELLO to the 3 female tellers NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM EVEN ONE. LAST TIME I BRING THEM ANYTHING !
