they asked me to enter all my debit numbers and then my security code on the back of my card…how can I possibly think it’s private information that they don’t have access too in order to activate it…now I activated it and they took out like 30 cents from my account that I knew was a scam! There’s nothing legal about this bank. Whoever is running the business knows all your identity information and can use it as corrupt information to gain a second account with other bankers or other agencies. I have an auto loan through Fulton Bank. I have never received a statement from them. I tried to sign up for online banking and they don’t recognize my account number. I tried to call and after navigating the automated system I finally was put on hold to wait for a customer service agent, after waiting 15 minutes I was hung up on. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. They are impossible to work with. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all or make it to talk to anyone about their account.

I would NEVER advise anyone to have any financing done that is through this bank. You can NOT make a payment over the phone, you can NOT pay online unless you have a checking account with them. Our truck was financed through them & the experience was exhausting. Between the hold times and the lack of experience and having to be sent to or call a different department every time I called to get information was absolutely ridiculous. If I could give no stars I would. We have been customers of this bank for 50 years. Everything was great until a few years ago. Now they are threatening us with foreclosure. We were not told that our home equity loan had an adjustable interest rate. I applied for a 3 month deferral that was granted but now I’m told that was only because of covid. Then at their suggestion I applied for loss mitigation and was denied, only to be told now that home equity loans do not qualify for loss mitigation! We have been mislead and lied t... read more

The Mountville branch employees, from my experience, the most rude teller's I've ever dealt with. Left there to have my business handled by the Greenfield branch. As a customer of this bank for over a quarter century, I felt like I was treated like a criminal for trying to deposit a paycheck signed over to me by my son. Despicable.

Saturday 8/12/2023, 8am 9am I was parked at the front entrance ****** Bank and wanted to be first in line to receive service to open up a savings account. A white ****** pickup with female inside drove past my vehicle 3 times looking at me and parked at the corner of the bank parking lot. Absolute nightmare. Horrible. This organization will deceive you, take your money, and you’ll never be able to talk to anyone who cares. I have worked for banks before and I know how things are supposed to work; this bank is the absolute worst.

I went to the Bonnie Road Financial center 3 weeks ago with my Mother’s Death certificate to have them send checks to her beneficiaries on a Platinum Money Market account and a CD. We are In Trust For beneficiaries and should have received the checks a week ago. Charles R***, the center Manager promised to expedite the case. Nothing has been done and now Mr. R*** is ignoring our phone calls. I guess I am going to have to get my attorney involved now. I had a mortgage with Fulton, and that property went into a short sale. My property sold early 2022 in the short sale, and a year later I am still having issues with them. Either they are saying they are not receiving my payments, the payments I'm sending are not correct, they are not being registered as received, and they are still charging me for things that no longer apply to me as I no longer own the property.
