PA is nice and knowledgeable, girls at desk are friendly and patient. Issue is the office is remarkably unorganized. Wait times are terrible and seem to mess up my appointment every time. Got email confirmation twice for my appointment only to show up and be told I did not have appointment. Then I seem to be explaining over an over again what I'm at the appointment for? Getting labs done and moving on to another Dr. New to the area.
Dr Le was fantastic. I'm so glad to have such a great Pediatrician close by
I had my first appointment here this week and it was a great experience, especially compared to my previous doctor's office. There was hardly any wait time and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Ms. Barr, the PA, was very thorough and compassionate. I like that I can go online and get my records and lab results! Based on my great experience there, my daughter is going to make an appointment with them.
Great place! My family and I have been patients there for years and have always had a good experience. All of the doctors, (especially Dr. Le!) and PA's are very knowledgeable and professional. The Nurse Practioner is rude and doesn't seen to know very much. I did not care for her beside manner, but it's pretty easy to avoid her and request to be seen by someone else. I love how you can always get a same day appointment and how friendly the front desk is. I highly suggest Fulshear Family Medicine!
