This place is an absoute joke of a doctor's office! Completely unprofessional with their customer care!
I was very disappointed by Dr. Bin Sung the way she did talk to me and my son who had a flu. How could you tell a 8 years old boy that he may died from the flu ? My son was so devastated, and told everyone what the Dr told him. I told her that I understand that she want raise concerns about the flu but why she didn’t talk to me in private? Her answer was that she is too busy and don’t have time...So sad for a Pediatrician ... Thanks God there are a lot of Pediatricians around Katy.
This office is the worst!! The convenience of being here in Fulshear is not worth a dime. Wait over an hour with sick kid. I hope new Drs move into the area as it grows. Def not coming here again!
Worst place I ever been. Don’t listen to you and mis diagnosing
We have heard good things and tried going here, but have never been able to see an actual doctor. Additionally, I've left messages without getting calls returned. I've been trying to get through this morning to have my husband's prescription changed to a different pharmacy as our insurance has changed and after waiting on hold 20 min I hung up and called again where they just put me on hold before even acknowledging me. This place has gone downhill! Staff is very rude, at time of visit they want to change their policy!
Don’t go here expecting to see a doctor, I just had my worst visit ever with a practitioner that had to consult with a doctor twice. Once before she saw me and left to consult during my visit. After I explained everything to her she tried to prescribe something I told her don’t work for me. Paid cash and got no receipt!!! Who operates this way????
We all go to Fulshear Family, ny daughter loves Dr Lee.
