My experience with Roy Nini as my treating doctor was borderline traumatic. His bedside manner is absolutely terrible. During my first appointment with him, he seemed to listen to me and want to be helpful. That was the last time I saw that attitude. My condition did not get better, and I required more medical attention. From start to finish, my experience with Full Range Spine and Ortho was excellent; I was in a car accident last year that totaled my car and left me with back and neck pain requiring multiple injections. I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at Full Range Spine & Ortho. After starting treatment with Dr. Nini, they unexpectedly switched me to Dr. Lee without any notice or explanation. This lack of continuity made me feel like just another number, not a patient. After receiving my second epidural injection, not only did I not experience relief—I ended up in significantly worse pain than before.
