From start to finish, my experience with Full Range Spine and Ortho was excellent; I was in a car accident last year that totaled my car and left me with back and neck pain requiring multiple injections. I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at Full Range Spine & Ortho. After starting treatment with Dr. Nini, they unexpectedly switched me to Dr. Lee without any notice or explanation. This lack of continuity made me feel like just another number, not a patient. After receiving my second epidural injection, not only did I not experience relief—I ended up in significantly worse pain than before. When diagnosed with degenerative scoliosis I was at a loss for what could be done other than spinal fusion, and that option was not advised.
