My review correlates directly with the 5 minute interaction I had with the office. I arrived 3 minutes late to my appointment and was told I could not be seen due to the provider being double booked. I was told that I needed to be there 20 minutes early as a new patient but no such information was relayed to me over the phone when I made my appointment.
