How refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind its products and provides exemplary customer service to guarantee satisfaction with purchases. Specifically, I bought a Mighty Maid vacuum from Costco a few years ago, and soon after had a problem with the switch that toggles from "carpet" to "tools."
