Recently my car made it's second visit to Full Tilt over the past 2 years. The first visit was after I was rear ended & squished into the car in front of me. Full Tilt put the WRX back together like new. Matt & the crew were again super helpful quite a few months later when I identified an issue with the rear window washer & they fixed it immediately. I have never had a more positive experience with an Auto Body service than Full Tilt! Having moved from Boston to Easthampton, my husband and I could not be happier to be returning customers here. Amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, extremely high quality work, and VERY CUSTOMER-FOCUSED. They listen, engage, offer excellent creative recommendations, and work very hard to exceed expectations. 2nd time I took a vehicle there. Both times I left very impressed with the people, the work, the communication, and the whole experience; and especially, the results. They are re-defining the auto body business. Highly recommended.
Great service! I wasn't sure where to start when someone hit my car. Full Tilt was great throughout the whole process. Prompt replies via email, never a long wait to call, and they handled all the insurance nonsense! They also arrange for a rental car if you need one. They also clean and detail your car without being asked. Very nice touch. Would definitely come again although I hope I don't have to!
The staff was so helpful and handled the rental car and everything for me! They even called me and updated me on how everything was going! I definitely recommend if you need work done bring your car here!! Plus my car looks amazing and they even cleaned it!!!
