Very pleased with Josh and his crew. Originally had them a few years ago for gutter guard installation. Had them recently to do miscellaneous roof, flashing, and garage ceiling drywall repairs. Communication, timeliness, and pricing all met or exceeded expectations. Josh and Full Spec Home Repair are my go to for anything i have regarding roof, flashings, and gutters.
Joshua and his team of guys were awesome!!! Joshua is extremely professional and his team was extremely nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. My repair was a little more involved than they initially planned but they trouble shot it and fixed it quickly. If you’re looking for honest, quality, and professional work to be done to your home call Joshua and his team.
Installed gutters, leaking in several places. Now he's a no show on appointments and will not return calls/texts. Unfortunately after he gets paid doesn't stand by his work. Charlotte is a small market, word gets around.
I wouldn’t recommend Full-Spec Home Repair for anyone. The owner Joshua didn’t answer my text about a week. When he finally got back to me to setting up estimate appointment. He didn’t show up. He not even notified me he won’t come. I found this company extremely irresponsible.
Great home improvement service! I highly recommend Joshua for home improvement project. He just completed project in my house. He’s a genuinely nice and honest young man who truly cares about delivering quality work.
