This is a great storage place. We stored our Airstream Globetrotter for a few months. Everyone was so helpful and responsive. Especially Christine at the reception desk. I had a lot of questions and she always responded so quickly! The customer service is outstanding all around. I would be storing our Airstream here full time if we lived closer. Phenomanal place!
Great service. Heated covered parking for our motor home. They can do most repairs and Aquahot service. They will take your motorhome to Freightliner and pick it up for you
This place is an incredible breath of fresh-air in the storage industry. Not only is their Customer Service department incredibly kind & attentive, the services they offer far exceed any other storage certain model that I have seen in the country. They kept my Van's battery charged, they notified me of low air on a tire (and fixed it!), and the exterior wash upon pickup is so wonderful! I wish there were more of these places across the country that I could keep my Van at. Thank you Full Service Storage!
We kept our RV at Full Service for a few years. What a great experience. Easy in and easy out. Everyone there was great to work with.
They said they could fix a few things on our camper, but not only didn't fix them, they literally made it worse. They said they needed more time, after having it for 5 months. They made excuses for things that hadn't happened and said we don't actually promise temperature control the indoor storage...Kept billing us after we picked it up... They sound so good on the phone, but......
