Hi, I’m Destin. I’ve been told by my mom that we might move in a new place after only 2 days of research. I did not believe until we get in our new place. Mr Daniel Phare made it so quick and so real , we just avoid the stress of being in a waiting list or going though too much agencies. Mr Dan, you’re unbelievable !! You’re an hero !!! My bedroom is so spacious, and the apartment in great condition. We’re so thankful. Keep being cool and doing the amazing things always, the providence will surely grant you for that!!
Good property management company
Do not deal with these guys, especially if looking at 4004 or 4008 Rucker Ave in Everett. Apartment was in disrepair when I moved in, never got fixed, had to exterminate roaches on my own dime that other tenants brought. If I wasn't consistently away from home due to the Navy I wouldve tried to sue the pants off the owners. Stay away at all costs.
