Brandon is as sly as one could be. He charged the tenant $70 per pet and never passed it on to me (the landlord). Also, made the tenant's and my life miserable by not getting repairs done by professionals but rather calling his handyman friends who would screw up the job, charge me exorbitantly high and of course eff up the job. He charged me $500 for a microwave replacement that was never done!! Would have given negative reviews if possible. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.
Lived in an apartment were Full Scope was the property management company. Anytime I needed anything Brandon was very easy to reach and always helpful and willing to accommodate my needs! Would gladly rent through them again.
This company has the kindest and respectful and all around best workers at this company. From the office staff to the mantanance team. All kind and respectful and made renting easy without the stress. Will definitely be recommending this company to future friends wanting to rent.
Theses people will tell you the house you renting is not in good condition when you rent it then blame u for every that was wrong with the house when you move out keep your deposit and say you owe more DO NOT RENT FROM THESES PEOPLE THEY ARE SLUM LORDS
Full Scope, and Brandon specifically, are terrific property managers. We have been in the rental property business for around 15 years and have run the gamut of managers.
