I made the mistake of my life renting a house through this company. First of all, the location shown on the map is misleading — when you actually go there, there’s no real office and no one from the company is available. Full Scope, and Brandon specifically, are terrific property managers. We have been in the rental property business for around 15 years and have run the gamut of managers. At the beginning, we just used a friend of a friend. Then, when it became clear that was untenable, we moved to a semi-professional. That didn't work either. Brandon is as sly as one could be. He charged the tenant $70 per pet and never passed it on to me (the landlord). Also, made the tenant's and my life miserable by not getting repairs done by professionals but rather calling his handyman friends who would screw up the job, charge me exorbitantly high and of course eff up the job. He charged me $500 for a microwave replacement that was never done!! Would have given negative reviews if possible. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.
