Brandon at Full Scope Home Services was amazing to me. I came to him in a bad situation and he didn't hesitate to jump in. Got my properties under control and moving in the right direction. He always treated me like I was an important client, even if I had a very small portfolio. 100/100 would recommend.
I highly recommend staying away from this company completely. For an entire year, they failed to address any of my requests and kept disappointing me over and over again. They don’t have a real office, and once you sign with them, there’s practically nobody to speak with. Try finding their office and let me know if there’s actually anyone there to help. The property had numerous leaks and ongoing issues that nobody ever properly handled or repaired. Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with them.
This company is the worst. Tried renting my house out with them and they were completely unresponsive. Never using them!!
I made the mistake of my life renting a house through this company. First of all, the location shown on the map is misleading — when you actually go there, there’s no real office and no one from the company is available. From the moment I paid the deposit, no one answered the phone for 8 straight months. No matter how many times I called or tried to reach someone, I got no response at all. It has been a pleasure to work with Brandon. I appreciate his quick replies to emails. The repair that I requested for property was done the next day.
